Customer Reviews | Helping you to get them

You must encourage all or as many of your customers as possible to review your business online. A great place to start is your Google Business Listing.

We will work with you to establish an effective way to encourage your customers to leave reviews on your listing.

Why are reviews important

If you're working hard and delivering a good level of service to your customers you should be capturing this positive feedback online.

Reporting

We will ensure that your Google My Business is set up, and you have access to the App on your phone.

That way you will get instant alerts every time a customer has reviewed you on your listing.

"When choosing a Digital Agency or Company, you should scrutinise their online reviews."

Be aware of a company's employees, posting reviews as if they were customers.

Any Digital Company that has staff that are involved with making up reviews about themselves, or creating fake reviews on behalf of their customers are not worth being involved with.

If they are happy to lie, or mislead customers about their businesses reviews.

Then you have to question, just how honest will they be about the prices they charge and feedback on your budget with them.
Another smoke and mirrors trick, that aims to mask poor service levels.

Asking your customer to leave a review before you have even delivered the service. For examples, you were happy with the way a presentation about agreeing to build a new website and so entered into a contract to have one built.

You were then asked to review the company at this stage regarding how happy you are. The real proof in the pudding is when you have gone through the company's web building process and how happy you are with the result.

Building trust with your customers takes time and effort.

Therefore we will NEVER  jeopardise this trust by being involved with fake reviews.

How to spot a fake review by a company.

An easy way to spot a fake review left by a company member about the company they work for is to look at the online reviews and the name of the person leaving it. Then go to the Digital Company's website and look at the staff page. If you spot the name of the reviewer on this page, you should consider carefully whether your
money is in honest, safe hands.

You can also double check by Googling the name of the reviewer and
the name of the company, and often a Linkedin Profile details
will confirm that they work for the same company.
